Finery Markets Leverages Fireblocks Infrastructure to Streamline Trading Settlement Operations

Fintech Finance
Finery Markets integrated Fireblocks' custody technology to automate OTC digital asset trading and settlement, improving efficiency and security.

Summary

Finery Markets, an ICT solutions provider for institutional digital asset trading, has integrated Fireblocks’ custody technology to automate off-exchange trading and settlement workflows. This integration links Finery Markets’ Execution Management System (EMS) with Fireblocks’ custody and settlement layers, providing a vertically integrated workflow that separates trade execution from asset safety. The solution optimizes digital asset operations for financial institutions in the OTC market by enabling automated data exchange and seamless post-trade netting.

According to Konstantin Shulga, CEO and Co-founder at Finery Markets, the future of institutional trading is “on-chain, but within architectures backed by the time-tested principles of independence, capital efficiency, and netted settlements.” The integration allows clients using Fireblocks to initiate settlements directly within the Finery Markets interface, automating data flow and reconciliation.

Finery Markets utilizes Fireblocks’ infrastructure to secure transactions across over 150 blockchains, leveraging a platform trusted by over 2,400 organizations managing more than $10 trillion in digital assets. This move reflects a broader maturation of crypto market infrastructure, aligning digital asset trading more closely with established institutional principles and making crypto operationally familiar to risk-conscious institutions.
