SiriusXM to pay $28M settlement over unwanted phone calls. Do you qualify?

SiriusXM will pay $28 million to settle a class-action lawsuit regarding unwanted calls to those on the Do Not Call Registry.

Summary

SiriusXM has agreed to a $28 million settlement in a lawsuit alleging the company repeatedly contacted individuals on the National Do Not Call Registry or those who requested to be removed from their contact lists. The lawsuit, Campbell et al. v. Sirius XM Radio Inc., claims these calls continued despite explicit requests to stop. This isn't the first instance of such settlements for SiriusXM, with previous agreements totaling over $60 million in the past decade. Individuals contacted more than once between April 27, 2019, and October 31, 2025, may be eligible for a portion of the settlement if they were not subscribers at the time of the call or had requested to be placed on SiriusXM’s internal do-not-call list. The deadline to file a claim is March 21, with a final approval hearing scheduled for May 11. Claimants can file online or via mail, and payments will be distributed after the settlement is approved and expenses are deducted.
