Diddy Lawsuit Naming Druski & Odell Beckham Dismissed By Judge After Lawyers Won’t Touch It

Billboard
A lawsuit against Diddy alleging sexual assault and involving Druski and Odell Beckham Jr. was dismissed due to the plaintiff's inability to secure legal representation.

Summary

A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs filed by Ashley Parham, which included accusations of sexual assault, kidnapping, and threats involving NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. and comedian Druski. Parham’s original legal team withdrew in September, and she was unable to find new counsel, leading the judge to dismiss the case due to inaction and missed procedural deadlines. Both Beckham and Druski vehemently denied the allegations, providing evidence of their whereabouts at the time of the alleged incident. Druski’s legal team presented phone records placing him in Georgia, while Beckham’s team showed he was in Los Angeles.

Druski expressed relief that the evidence proved his innocence and criticized the case as a “malicious money grab,” while Beckham’s attorney stated the ruling confirmed the case should never have been filed. The judge rejected motions from Druski and Beckham to sanction Parham, stating lawsuits only need a “plausible basis.”

This case was one of many civil lawsuits against Diddy alleging misconduct. While Diddy was recently convicted on criminal prostitution charges, he was acquitted of more serious allegations. The judge indicated the case could be refiled if Parham secures new legal representation.
