Additionally, those charged multiple out-of-network ATM fees after a balance inquiry between August 2, 2020, and February 2, 2024, could receive $25. No claim form is needed; payments will be automatically issued as a credit to current accounts or via check to former account holders. The deadline to opt out of the settlement is December 15, 2024, with final approval scheduled for January 13, 2026. This is one of several ongoing settlements offering substantial payouts, including a $5.5 million settlement with Sam’s Club regarding pet food.
