The survey, which received over 30,000 responses from consumers across India, specifically asked whether the Consumer Complaints Protection Authority (CCPA) should intervene. The overwhelming majority responded affirmatively, seeking action against IndiGo for its service failures. Many passengers reported receiving refunds less than the amount they paid, despite assurances of a “100 per cent refund”.
