Under the settlement, holders of tickets for only that practice session or those who purchased three-night tickets are eligible to receive compensation, with claims required to be filed by August 27. Liberty Media and the Las Vegas Grand Prix did not admit fault, and a final approval hearing is set for November 4 before the U.S. District Court of Nevada. Despite the troubled start, the 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix itself was praised as one of the season's best races, and Formula 1 has since secured a ten‑year extension keeping the event in Las Vegas through at least 2037.
