Winvestor Developments has announced the launch of Aurevia Community in the Sixth Settlement area of New Cairo, targeting projected sales of approximately EGP 8bn. Spanning around 19 feddans with total investments estimated at EGP 5bn, the development comprises 14 residential buildings offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and penthouses. Key partners include Criteria Design Group as architectural consultant, Gravity Hotels & Resorts for the hotel component, and Vodafone Egypt for telecommunications. The project features amenities such as a mosque, clubhouse, swimming pools, sports courts, and a commercial zone, with a 10,000-square-metre plot allocated for a hotel. Winvestor, which has operated in Egypt for five years, is offering flexible payment plans and limited-time discounts. The launch reflects the company's strategy of developing integrated communities, with Hisham Ibrahim noting the selection of the Sixth Settlement due to market studies indicating continued urban expansion.
