11 California class-action settlements with payouts up to $5,000 that you can claim now

Californians may be eligible for cash from 11 class-action settlements covering data breaches, everyday purchases, apps, and other issues. Data breach settlements include up to $10,000 for Comcast Xfinity customers, up to $5,000 for Lakeview Loan Servicing borrowers, and up to $3,500 for Krispy Kreme customers. Everyday purchase settlements include an $87.5 million payout for beef buyers between 2014 and 2019, about $100 for Trader Joe's customers who paid by card between March and July 2019, and $5 to $40 for Sealy bedding buyers.
