Summary

A class-action settlement has been reached with Tom's of Maine toothpaste, a subsidiary of Colgate-Palmolive Co., regarding allegations of “deceptive and misleading business practices.” Consumers who purchased Tom’s of Maine toothpaste products in the United States between November 21, 2020, and March 6, 2026, may qualify for a portion of the settlement. Individuals can claim a full refund for up to three products with proof of purchase, or the average retail price for one product without proof.
