The total portfolio managed by these servicers began at 70 billion euros in early 2025, increasing to 74 billion euros by May and peaking at 79.4 billion euros in August and September, before settling at 79.7 billion euros in the final quarter of the year.

Settlement activity saw significant boosts in certain months. May recorded 490 million euros in settlements for 6,600 debtors, while June saw 514 million euros settled for 6,500 debtors, with 37% of these concerning housing loans.

The year concluded with settlements totaling 442 million euros for 5,522 debtors, demonstrating continued progress in managing and resolving non-performing loan portfolios.
