La-Z-Boy customers have one month to claim $115 in settlement - who's eligible

The Mirror Us
La-Z-Boy and Joybird are offering a $7.15 million settlement, allowing eligible customers who purchased items between 2019 and 2025 to claim $115.

Summary

La-Z-Boy and its subsidiary, Joybird, have agreed to a $7.15 million settlement following accusations of deceptive discount practices. Customers who purchased products at a sale price from Joybird.com or a physical Joybird store between December 18, 2019, and October 31, 2025, and resided in California, Oregon, or Washington, may be eligible for a $115 payout. The lawsuit alleged that Joybird falsely inflated original prices to mislead customers about the discounts offered. While Joybird denies any wrongdoing, they have agreed to the settlement. Eligible customers can claim their payout, either as cash or a store voucher, by submitting a claim with proof of purchase on the Joybird Settlement website by February 13, 2026. A court hearing to approve the settlement is scheduled for March 6, 2026, and payments will be distributed after approval and resolution of any appeals.
