The settlement benefits consumers who own specific JOOLA Gen 3 paddle models, including the Tyson McGuffin Magnus 3, Collin Johns Scorpeus 3, Anna Bright Scorpeus 3, Simone Jardim Hyperion 3, and Ben Johns Hyperion and Perseus series. Class members with proof of purchase can receive a $300 refund, while those without proof can receive a $150 gift code redeemable on joola.com. The deadline to file a claim and return the paddle is December 15, 2025, with a final approval hearing scheduled for January 27, 2026.
